GIVE

Giving is at the very heart of God's love. "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotton Son..." (John 3:16) 

Giving is part of our worship to God each service as we thank Him for His provision, protection, and pressence each day.

We desire to give cheerfully, thankfully, and worshipfully to our wonderful Lord. Giving of the increase of our lavors to God first indicats our trust, dependance, and reverence to God who owns all the riches in this world and allows us to use His good gifts for His glory. 

(I Corinthians 10:31)

Matthew 6:19-20

"Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:"

I Corinthians 16:2

"Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come."

II Corinthians 9:6-7

"But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."
